As many of you know, Jean and Marie Blanc, who are long-term members of our congregation, are originally from Haiti and still have family there, news so far is that their family hasn't been effected. But please keep them and all the people of Haiti in your prayers. There was a special collection for the Haiti Emergency Appeal at the end of the service on Sunday January 17th followed by a concert on Sunday 7th February by Teddington Bells and other musicians. So far we have raised £552.52 in the Retiring Collection, £500.00 in Donations and £687.80 at the Concert, a write up on the concert will be available soon, further donations can be made using Christian Aid or Tearfund.
